Norma, My records show that Daniel WARREN who was married to Martha would have been the generation before my time frame. I show 9 children for them all born between 1785 and 1800. One of these was Daniel Jr. b 1790 and married Sarah UNK. I also show 9 children for that couple. The first child is Unknown WARREN b c 1815. This is the one we think might be our William B but are unable to prove. One of the children is Robert (which is the reason I got involved in this question this morning about Pinckney as Pinckney shows up in the next generation as ya'll were discussing a Robert, father of Pinckney). There was another William Baker WARREN in Colleton County during the same time frame as our William B. We are sure he is not ours as he married a Remalia Thompson. William Baker WARREN was the son of Thomas WARREN who was the son of John WARREN. I am hoping to find info that proves that my William B is the son of Daniel Jr and Sarah as that would be the correct generation for him. I just can not find anything that tells me that the unknown child b 1815 is my fellow. Thanks for everything.
