Her mother lived in or around St. Louis, Mo in 1968 and was 16. She was sent to live with her grandparents in Chickasha, Ok that year due to being unwed and pregnant. She had the baby (which she named Kimberlly Kyle Warren) at Grady Memorial Hospital on 8-27-68 and soon returned to her family in Mo. The delivering dr. was Dr. Woods. The baby stayed in Chickasha and was put up for adoption. Dr. Woods was the one united the baby and her adoptive parents..Mr. and Mrs. Forbis of Chickasha, Ok. They adopted Kimberly just a few days after she was born and have lived in Chickasha ever since. Kimberly now lives in Oklahoma City and is soon to be 34. We have been searching for her birth mom for a while now and any information anyone could give her/us would be wonderful. Thanks for reading...we hope you can help...feel free to email.
