I would suggest that you check with Norma Kirchhofer. She has a lot of information on the Warren's in Virginia. I am primarily working on the ones from Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. Norma Kirchhofer - Thank you very much for the information on John Warren's parents. My grandmother, Evelyn Holland Floyd, daughter of William Floyd + Emily J. Warren, always told us that her grandmother was the daughter of an Indian Chief. I have been unable to verify this and we never thought to ask which grandmother? (Grandparents: Mary Elizabeth Copes + Thomas E. Warren and Lydia F. Griffith + John W. Floyd.) Do you know if there were any Warren's, from the Northampton, VA area, who were Indians?
