However, I have an ancestor that I am having a difficulty tracing, he is Richard Warren, born either 1807 or 1809, listed as born in Stanton Drew (on the 1861 census). He had moved to Bristol by 1841, and was a glass blower. Later generations also became glass blowers so it maybe that this is a family tradition that was passed down to Richard, as is the name as it is possible that his father was also Richard as his eldest son and then grandson are Richards.
