More informaion is coming. I have also obtained a copy of the division of the property after Docas death. Apparently there was not a will but there were 65 pages of documents. You also "know" Ronny Warren of Alabama. Well Ronnie Warren for the 3rd time is staying with me here in the South of England and together we continue our researches into the early Warrens on this side of the pond. Last evening we were discussing various aspects and wondered if we could gain access to your web site with a view to contributing. Although of course Ronnie has his own site, we are both concerned about the number of innaccuracies being passed around and it has always been our policy to freely share our information. Thank you, Alan John Warren Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Has anyone done a DNA on the Warren/DuBose line? Supposedly it goes to a Robert Warren 1704 but I have yet to get any accurate information on him. There is no one living near me who is still a Warren although there are some in this line in Texas, I believe. My grandfather Joseph Chester Warren 1881 had three daughters. He had a large family with lots of males in Texas. Pat

Charles Emerson Warren,,, from San Angelo TX, my Grand Dad was Robert H Warren,,, died in NY 1957; I am Robert Henry Warren III, but am told there were two before Charles, and he named his son, my grand dad, Robert. They left Texas in the late 1920's with my Great GrandMother's family,,, she was Virginia HARRISS Warren, sister of Richard T Harriss, of the old NY Cotton Exchange lineage. Uncle Dick set my side of the family up with a millanry shop (?) in Harlem; they later settled in Pelham, Westchester, NY. Thanks for any help you might afford me.
