    3. Hi Doris !! My Great Great Grandfather was James Madison Warren, who was married to Rebecca Jane Ingram. I have quite of bit of info on their children and on down on some of them. I have a cousin in East Peoria who is helping me with info that she remembers and things that she has collected. I have some census and obits. I had James Madison coming from Ireland and he passed away on 5/23/1881 in Ripley. I've seen some of the ones you mentioned in the census and other places but didn't know who they were. Do you know where James Madison Warren is buried. I just figured out on Thursday night from James W. Warren's obit that his father had died earlier but don't know where. Some other relatives said that he was buried in Ripley and died in 1881, so don't know what to think. If I can be of any help let me know. I went to Springfield yesterday and looked up info at the State Library and the State Archives and getting it all sorted out. Waiting to hear from you Suzanne ----- Original Message ----- From: "Doris Warren" <warrend@gemair.com> To: <WARREN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, November 09, 2002 3:56 PM Subject: [WARREN] Benjamin Warren Sr, b ca 1780 MD > Is anyone researching this family? > Need parents of: > Benjamin Warren Sr, b ca 1780, MD, d 25 Dec 1845 Mason Co, IL, > Marr 21 Sep 1807 Harford Co, MD to Mary Treadway d o Thomas > and Christine Saunders, b 6 Mar 1786 Harford Co, MD d Jul 1849, > Beardstown, Cass Co, IL > Children: > 1. 3. Hi.... Is this message from the Herb Warren I used to be in contact with in Pennsylvania?? And now you have a new e-mail address?? Please let me know. My father was Herbert Beverly Warren. I won't get into details yet until I find out whether you are the same distant cousin (we were e-mailing back and forth and even talked on the phone). If it is you again, Herb, we should get back in touch! 1. [WARREN] More on Henry Warren b 1597 of Grangebegg, Ireland?
    2. Barrie J M Wright
    3. I have a possible link to the WARRENs as below: The IGI has a Miss WARREN of Grangebegg who m. Rev George WARBURTON of Parsonstown, son of George WARBURTON [abt 1640-1709] MP. Of Aughrim, Co Galway and Firmount. MP for Gowran, Post MG 1702. Source: 'Memoir of the Warburton Family of Garryhinch, Kings Co., Dublin, 1848, 2nd ed. 1881'. Is this Miss Warren in the IGI line of Henry WARREN b 1597 of Grangebegg, Kildare, Ireland, who m Elizabeth EUSTACE [aka WARBURTON?].? Is this family in turn linked to Henry WARREN, Kt. 'of Rathfarnham, Dublin' [and Bally Brett Ireland?], b 1577 who married Alice LOFTUS dau of the Archbishop Adam Loftus? This Henry may have been married in Rathfarnham, that is, near his wife's residence. The co-incidence of names, titles and places suggests that these families are related, but I wonder how more can be determined. Does anyone have any more on the Henry WARREN, Kt. line forward? He seems a prominent figure, marrying into a prominent Irish clerical family. Barrie Wright Adelaide South Australia
