Have you tried to find a death certificate on Ruby yet? When was the first child born to Ruby? and Do you know any of her kids names and When do you think she married? Have you tried to find a birth record for your grandparent that comes from Ruby? I have check out the 1920 census for Jefferson co. Mo and so far no one with a wife Ruby is listed. However, Ruby seems to be a popular name in the Warren family as I found three in the 1920 census that had daughters named Ruby. All younger that the one you are looking for but Ruby herself could have had another name and went by both. Let me know. Sue

    3. We have a confirmed trace of the Warrens of Marnhull, Dorset back to 1651 (where are "stuck" at present) with a tree of some 350 names up to the present day. Two of the current generation ( (male 8th cousins twice removed) have identical Male DNA profiles but with the oddity that these profiles match the Merediths and Carreros of Wales. The current SPECULATION is that the descent may link to Sir Richard Warren of Fifehide, with a direct relationship to the Plantagenet Kings. I would be glad to share this research with other Warren/Meredith/Carreros groups/researchers, taking the view that "the more the merrier !" and welcoming thoughts to bridge the 300 year gap. A.
