Do not have the work you reference, however I do have: "The British Invasion of Maryland, 1812 - 1815" by William M. Marine, 1889. Republished by Heritage Books, 1998. Dominic Bader - Captain Union Yagers (Jy. 24, 1813), vice Norris. Captured at Bladensburg. Line is on page 207; Yagers has two dots over the letter 'a'. Don't know what Yagers is nor the meaning of 'vice Norris'. Assume Jy = July?
