I am searching for information on my second great grandfather WALTER H. BROOKES (BROOKS).His obit states that he was captured by the British in the War Of 1812 when he was sixteen but I haven' t been able to find anything to back it up. He lived in DC. Any help would be appreciated. Jim Brookes
