Hello, I just subscribed.I'm hoping that somebody can help me with this little puzzle. The following is information provided by Zimri Baxter (1807-1887) about his father, William Baxter (1784-1815): "When I was young my parents move to Gnore, Synga County, New York. Father William enlisted in the United States Army in a war with England in 1814 and in 1815 he died of Typhoid Fever." I think that the county is Seneca. As for the rest..? What I am trying to do is find some information that will lead me to documentation that links Zimri Baxter to William Baxter, husband of Rebecca Priest. Thanks in advance! Cynthia Baxter
