I checked out the web site previously mentioned for the TN Units for the War of 1812. It is wonderful and gives a lot of good information. However, I am seeking to find a roster of the enlisted men....and not just the officers. Is there anywhere on line where this information can be obtained? I need to confirm that my ancestor (James Nations) and perhaps his brother, Nathaniel were indeed in Capt. Steel's Co., 2nd Regiment, TN Mounted Volunteers, from Sept. 1814 to April 1815. Would appreciate any suggestions on how I could verify this. Thanking you in advance. Edith
