My Great G Grandfather William B Cobb, was with Commodore Barneys US flotilla at the battle of fort McHenry .I think he was from Pa Pennsylvania . Does anyone have info of the men that were at that navy battle? I would like any info that is out there. I have a story he wrote in 1855 the get his bounty. and he tells of the battle.
