A Solomon Snider who was a Corporal in Captain Tibbs Company Virginia Militia in the War of 1812 received some bounty land in Washington County AR. In 1854 he assigned the land to Samuel Lewis who is an ancestor of mine. This information is on the copy I have. Can someone look this Snider up and confirm his military service in the War of 1812?
