I have a John CURRY who allegedly served in the Mississippi Militia. I am advised that this John Curry received his last pension payment through the New Orleans Agency on or about June 11, 1879, Certificate No. SC 18378. John Curry died Aug. 28, 1879, and is buried in old Sardis Cemetery in Choctaw County, Alabama. I am aware that pension files for veterans of the War of 1812 can be ordered through the National Archives. I am curious, however, as to whether there are any online resources from which these pension files can be discussed and ordered? Thanks, David
