I am looking for Weir women who may have married around 1886 +/- 10 yrs and lived in Monroe County Arkansas. These could be siblings of my great-grandmother - Mary M. (Weir) Smith (B:04/241868 with parents possibly originating in TN) and her younger brother - James Thomas Weir (possibly born ~1874). James lived past the age of 50 in Kansas. They possibly arrived in the Brinkley AR area in ~1872 when Mary was ~ 4yrs old. Mary's husband (Married in 1886) was are John M. Smith (B: 12/26/1859, his father came from AL and his mother came from TN). At least Mary attended a boarding school until the age of 18, when she married. I'd appreciate any information and would be willing to share what I have. God bless. Peace and blessings. Dolores Cobb Phifer
