Well the good news is that my family was from Limestone Co, Texas from about this same time AND there were Wares and Pruitts in my family, but I am afraid they are not the same Wares and Pruitts that you are talking about. I am descent from a Hardy Ware (1799-1850) and a Sara (last name unknown) (1794- mid 1800s). Hardy & Sara Ware had two kids named Hardy K. (1825-unknown) and Katherine "Kate" Ware (1826-1865). Kate married William Walter Richardson (1818-1910). They had several kids of which one was my Isaac Richardson is my great-grand father. On of their children was named James Hardy Richardson. The Pruitt side comes from Hardy Ware's first wife. Her name was Drucilla House (late 1700s to 1844). Hardy & Drucilla had Nancy Ware (1800- unknown). Nancy married Osborne Pruett (1779 - late 1800s). Nancy & Osborne Puett had four kids: Melinda Pruett (1830 - unknown), Margaret Pruett (1838- unknown), Ellen Pruett (1840 - unknown), Daniel Pruett (1842 - unknown). (I am sure you noticed the difference in the spelling - I didn't notice that until I was writing this email).
