He was from Lincoln Co GA and moved to Twiggs Co GA and is buried along with his wife and daughter, son and grandson in the Old Richland Baptist Church cemetery in Twiggs Co GA. He had an Uncle James Ware in Lincoln Co GA and a cousin James Ware in that area or GA. To my knowledge, he never lived in Ware County. I am not sure which, if any, of the Wares went to Ware county. Some of this James' children's descendants went to Laurens and some are in Treutlen today. Some also went to Macon County GA. I used to get very confused with all these James Ware who lived during the same time period. My Ware family originally came from VA.
