Would like to know all information on Parthula Wear. She was born ca 1862-1864 in Lampasas or San Saba County, Texas, and is believed to be the daughter of John Williamson Wear and Mary Jane Jenkins (or Jennings). On the 1870 Lampasas County, TX census, Parthula Wear (age 6) is shown to be in the household of James T. Jenkins in Lampasas County, along with Mary Jane Wear, who is presumed to be her mother. In some documents, Parthula is referred to a "D.A." Wear. I would like to know everything I can about her...death, marriage and/or children. It is believed she lived with Mary Jane Wear until Nov 1902 when Mary Jane died. Parthula would be my cousin. Sandy Sturdivant [email protected]
