Lydia could have possibly been the wife of Daniel Winter, and the daughter of James Ware and Hannah Pierce. I have been researching these Wares for some time, and Lydia and a large group of extended family migrated from Vermont, to Bolton, New York, to Ohio between 1798 and 1815. My Lydia was born abt 1800 in Bolton, New York. I still have a great deal of work to do in piecing together her family, but it is entirely possible that she and Daniel moved on to KY. After settling in northeastern Ohio, many of the children moved on to pioneer other places. I live quite near the Family History Library in SLC and will check census and other records when I go this week, and let you know what I find. It would be fun to have another "cousin" out there - there don't seem to be too many of us working on the more northern Wares, mostly working on the Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Texas Wares. Connie
