Hello everyone: I am searching for Jacob WEHR born 1779/1791 in Heidelberg, Northampton (later Lehigh) Co., PA. He married Catherine in about 1808/1809 in PA. His family can be found in the 1810 census in Heidelberg, Northampton Co., PA. Jacob and Catherine Wehr had at least six sons and two daughters. The sons were: Eli WEHR - born 1809 in Heidelberg, Northampton Co., PA, died Bef 1867 one source says IL and another says OH, married Lovina Catherine BURKHOLDER Abt 1841 in OH Enos WEHR - born Abt, 1812 in Heidelberg, Northampton Co., PA, died 7-10-1895 in Butler Co., OH, married Elizabeth Bef 1842 in OH Gabriel WEHR - born Abt. 1817 in Butler Co., OH, married Jane OVERPECK Abt. 1842 in OH Jacob WEHR - born 11-24-1824 in Overpeck, Butler Co., OH, died 6-15-1913 in Trenton, Butler County, OH, married Mary C. Abt. 1850 in OH Franklin WEHR - born Abt. 1827 in OH, died 2-27-1893 in Saint Clair Twp. Butler Co., OH, married Rhoda Abt. 1833 in OH Lorenzo WEHR - born Abt. 1829 in OH, died Aft 1909. I don't the daughters names, they are listed in the 1810 census. Eli WEHR's oldest son, John Weller WEHR - born 2-13-1849 in Butler Co., OH, died 3-20-1926 in Pawnee Co., OK, married Emma Jane (HOLDERMAN) DILLER, 1896 in Logan Co., OK. He was my great grandfather.
