This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Ware, Early, Fisher Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/JYVBAIB/1296 Message Board Post: I am searching for the ancestry of my great-grandmother Luvenia Early (b.05/10/1881 d. 06/16/1962) and great-grandfather Horace Greely Ware (Scotch-Irish descent) (b.09/08/1873 in Alabama d. 01/29/1945). Luvenia married Horace after her sister (Alice P.) passed. Alice was married to Horace first and died in childbirth with their sixth son Alfred. Luvenia moved in with Horace to help take care of the children and later married. Luvenia's siblings also include a Boyce and a Gus Early. Children of Alice P. Early & Horace Greely Ware were: Able Lexter (b. 03/13/1898 d. 04/19/1973); Addie L. (b. 11/10/1900 d. 09/16/1983); Ada B. (b.08/31/1899 d. unknown; Boyce E. (b. 06/04/1902 d. 08/19/1963); Ralph (b. 09/08/1903 d. 06/1987) and Alfred (b. 05/05/1905 d. within weeks of birth) Children of Luvenia & Horace Greely Ware were: Horace Greely Jr. “Jack” (b. 12/22/1910 d. 03/25/1933); Cicero (b. 10/08/1913 d. 09/07/1986); James Browning (b. 11/22/1916 d. 1979); Fred William b.private (my grandfather still living) and Luther Pinkney (b. 06/23/1921 d. 11/12/2001). They were living in or near Kings Mountain, North Carolina. My grandfather is the last living child of Luvenia and Horace Greely Ware. My grandmother Lillian Rebecca Fisher (b.04/10/1922 d. 11/02/2001) was living next door to my grandfather Fred William Ware (which is how they met). Her parents are John Alexander Fisher (b.05/05/1898 d. 02/1973) and Annie Rose Segal (b. 05/20/1903 d.02/1981). Her siblings include: John David Fisher (b. 09/11/1928 d. 02/10/2002) and Helen (private). Helen is the last living child of Annie Rose Segal and John David Fisher. Helen Fisher married James Browning Ware. Two sisters married two brothers. I have hit a brick wall with Horace. I can’t seem to go back any further. I am desperate to find a connection somewhere. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
