I have a James Hutchinson Ware b. probably around 1800. I thought it was interesting that you mentioned a Ware/Hutchinson marriage when the only information I have about this person is his father was a Ware and his mother was a Hutchinson. Do you have any other information about this couple? Thanks Claudia

I have him as being married to Rebecca Haully. They had a son Joseph Guildeslees in 1854 in Palmyra, MO. He married Agnes Huffman in 1879 and their son, James Hutchinson Ware (my great grandfather) was born in 1880 in Mexico, MO. The only thing I have is the first James Hutchinson Ware's father was a Ware and his mother was a Hutchinson from Kentucky. The book I got this from was one my great grandmother wrote in when she was pretty old. She died at 98 years old. I'm not too sure how accurate the information is. Please e-mail me so we can compare information. Thanks. Claudia carneson@kc.rr.com

    3. I will see what I can find about John. My Grandmother was, Exie Merci Woods. Willam and Exie owned 3 acres in Greenville, MO. She sold it in Feb. 1902. Then went to TN, where her sister and father were. They could help her with the children. They were 5, 7, 9 by this time. Exie's father had been an Itenerate Methodist Minister. I believe her Mother died and her father went to TN with her sister and her family before 1900. I will let you know what else I can drag up. Thanks for answering me. Mildred Ware Legg

    3. I do not know where in VA William Arthur Ware was born. John did not have a wife either, but, I believe he married while there in MO. They were in Greenville, MO, SW of St. Louis. My father and grandmother never talked about them. At the time, I guess it didn't bother me. Alto, my mother made sure we saw and kept in touch with her relatives. Where is Valley Head, VA?

    3. This is for Marlena I don't even have all of Dudley children or at least I don't think that I have. All I got is just Nathan that is Dudley Ware Father name I don't have any dates or who he married. I did find out just recently that Nathan father named was Robert Ware. Are you related to Rice Ware Sr.??? I am also related to Rice Ware Sr. thru his daughter Elizabeth who married Levi G. Cooper in 1847. Elizabeth is my great great grandmother she is buried in Violet Hill Cem in Perry, Dallas Co. Iowa. Levi had the measles when he was in the Civil War and he went out on a march too soon and after he got back to the tent he laid down. He is supposed to have died of brain fever, whatever that is. I have a copy of his war record. Very interesting, I think. I am sort of looking for descendants of theirs. I have found some of them already. They are very interesting in getting some more information on the Ware's Family too. Well anyway back to what I was saying about Elizabeth After Levi died She was sick and couldn't keep the children and she let someone have them but not all of them. but according to someone else. One or two had died also. I wish that I could find out for sure just what did happened. Marlena, I don't have anything on a Rice that married a Telitha , Do you know if they still have the family reunion down in Ky. Bone something. It is a state park I think. I wish that my husband and I went down to one but it is too late now. Let's keep in touch. Will close for this time. 3. I am a decendant of William Arthur Ware, b. 1859, in VA.(At that time WV was VA). I have nothing else on him except he and his Uncle John Ware went to MO, sometime in the 1800's. William married my Grandmother in MO in 1891, and, I think he died in 1901. No death certificate at that time. My father and two siblings moved to TN with thie mother in the early 1900's after their father died. In your list, do you have William Arthur, or John Ware? I think John was in his late fifties at this time. Whatever you have would be much appreciated. Will pay for anything you are out. Thanks. Mildred Ware Legg

My grandmother Lillian Rebecca Fisher (b.04/10/1922 d. 11/02/2001) was living next door to my grandfather Fred William Ware (which is how they met). Her parents are John Alexander Fisher (b.05/05/1898 d. 02/1973) and Annie Rose Segal (b. 05/20/1903 d.02/1981). 3. I am writing to Donnakah. Do you have anything farther back than Dudley Ware?? If you do would you Please send to me. Dudley Ware is my gr-gr-gr-gr grandfather and I would like to know if Dudley was in the Rev. War??? He would be old enough to joined. I have Nathan as the father of Dudley but do not have any dates on him or wife name. However I have a gut feeling about Dudley wife name , I have not confirmed it and I probably won't get to go and do any more research work except for what other people sends me. I really did enjoyed doing it when I was doing it. If you ever get to go someplace Look up in the Rice Family and see what you can find out. If they have a Mary/ Polly in around about that time. Will close for this time.Hoping to hear from you again.
