To:Ward Lee Ward, I have found that within my Ward/Warde line that the 'E' was dropped shortly before or shortly after coming to America. I say America because my line came over from London, Eng in 1635, Before the United States existed. To: Kathleen Pantano I was not aware of FIVE Ward lines only THREE, But I must admit five would be more logical, with the way they spread out so quickly. The three I know are: The William Ward line, my line, which came over from London, Eng in 1635. The line that came over and settled in the Carolinas and the Third came over to the area we now know as Arkansas, as it really was not Arkansas way back then. Please let me know the Five lines that you know.
