Red Hair in Ireland came from the Norse invasions. Original Irish were a darker complexioned people with dark hair. I have always heard of the green "Irish eyes" and I always assumed it meant these people had hazel eyes. Does anyone know? The Majority of Wards of my group do have dark brown hair more than any other. The ones that "look like" Wards has to do with the cut of their jaw, width of shoulders etc. Except of course for those "magnificent" Ward eyebrows! They come in all colors, but you just can't miss 'em!
