Hope that you have already had an answer, it appears that the PRO did not anticipate the popularity of the 1901 census. Well all I can say is they obviously walk around with their heads in the sand. We are expecting (so the newspapers etc say) for the service to be back on by Monday at the latest. You can if you didn't already know keep up with the info on the following site www.pro.gov.uk/ Good luck Debbie -----Original Message----- From: Neville & Carolyn Hewitt [mailto:thehewitts@cqnet.com.au] Sent: 09 January 2002 11:42 To: WARD-L@rootsweb.com Subject: 1901 census Is there anyone on the list who has access to the 1901 census who could help me with the following Albin and Louisa WARD and their children Albert Edward, William Henry and Louisa all listed in the 1881 census at 7 House 32 Court Park Lane, Aston, Warwick Aaron WARD listed in 1881 at Owen Street, Railway Terrace, Atherstone (Policeman) David WARD listed in 1881 at Warwick Union Workhouse, The Packmores (Porter) Many thanks - hope you can help - Cheers from Carolyn Neville & Carolyn Hewitt E-mail thehewitts@cqnet.com.au Neville & Carolyn Hewitt E-mail thehewitts@cqnet.com.au
