I have Wards who ended up in Texas but I am not sure who or where, it is a brother in the family my great grand dad came from. I found an entry in the AIS mortality schedule that could be a clue = 1870, 7 month old Lizzie R. Ward died of brain inflamation in Ellis Co. Texas, she was born in Alabama! I believe it said October. This would be the correct timing for the movement of my Wards. Could this be link between us?
