Don't think my WARD was Native American because my paternal grandmother was blond and blue eyed. Her father was supposedly born in AR, then migrated to TX before 1875 because that was the year his oldest daughter was born and all five daughters were born in TX. I've never seen any pictures of three of the sisters, and the one I met when I was a child had white hair and blue eyes. I've also often wondered what the draw to Arkansas was because I because my paternal great grandparents (a totally different branch!) moved there from Georgia--but they also ended up in TX! But they were in Arkansas at the same time. Anyone have any ideas? Samantha California
