My leg of the Ward family also came from Tennessee. this came as a surprise in my research when i found the leading Ward expert in Tennessee was my boss. Dave Ward, Millington, TN. The expression in his voice when his employee became his related cousin was fabulous. He also maintains the Ward Cemetery in Lucy Tennessee and i have been there to document and photograph many of the tombstones.
