Alvin my great grandfather was Ezra B. Ward, b.1826 in N.C. he married Margaret Young (1839-1883) They had eight children: Milton L., Henry Madison, Thomas. Mary Caroline, Martha, John R., Pleasant, and Julia. Julia was the youngest being born 12/12/1873. At this point I do not have an L.O.Ward in my family tree. I have a feeling that L.O.W. will be connected as I was told that there was only one Ward family ever to live there. This part is only hear say and could be incorrect. The names I have, have all been proven, with one exception: Martha Ward. The dates are correct but the name has at least two separate names on different, supposedly official documents.
