Leanne, I hope you have luck in finding James. From my searching there seems to be many Ward's from Oxfordshire and i have found it impossible to find my connections there to date. Unfortunately, i have no idea which town or village he came from. If you ever come across a David Ward (Born around 1838) or his father David Charles Ward in your searching i would be very grateful to know. I think David was a rare name back then, so, if you come across one please let me know.
