I have sort of caught a snag when it comes to my WARD's. My grandmother was MAUDE ALBERTY who married EDWARD WARD in Honesdale, pa. Edward was from Cherry Ridge, PA which is not far from Honesdale, PA. As of 1949 when MAE WARD (VAN VORST) died in Carbondale, Pa. I have her obit.........It states she was survived by her mother MAUDE ALBERTY and 4 brothers: RUSSELL, KENNETH living in Honesdale, pa. NELSON living in Bloomfield, NJ IRVIN living in Carley Brook, NJ Mae was also known by the name Mary and her name may also be listed as May. She was born 9-20-1902 and died in 11-9-1949. My father recalls visiting at Maude and Edward's farm that they had, He vaguely remembers his uncles...
