I'm sending the following information about some of my Ward family who were originally from Cecil Co., Maryland. I know some of them ended up in Kentucky but I don't have any further information and haven't started researching this branch of the family. Maybe someone will recognize some names and find a connection! If so, I have all of the older information. Descendants of George Ward Generation No. 1 1. GEORGE4 WARD (JOHN3, JOHN2, WILLIAM1) was born April 19, 1778. He married (1) OF OHIO LUCINDA MUNSELL. She was born Abt. 1780. He married (2) ARIETTA JESSOP 1806, daughter of WILLIAM JESSOP and ANN. She died April 06, 1808. Notes for GEORGE WARD: He removed to that part of Virginia which finally became Kentucky. Lived in Madison, afterwards at Hopkinsintle (???) and at ___, Miss in 1852. WARD6, b. Abt. 1840. 4. WILLIAM JESSOP5 WARD (GEORGE4, JOHN3, JOHN2, WILLIAM1) was born April 06, 1807, and died September 10, 1892. He married (1) HARRIET JESSOP September 08, 1831, daughter of CHARLES JESSOP and MARY. He married (2) ISABELLA FOUCHE December 06, 1853 in Washington D.C., daughter of THOMAS FOUCHE and MARY GREEN.
