Linda, I have James Ward b. 1672 in Inishowen Peninsula, Donegal, Ireland coming to Philadelphia, Pa. 1730 and then to Augusta County, Va. in 1745. His son was John Ward b. 1704 d. 1793. Some of the children could have moved to various states. Mine went on to Guernsey County, Ohio. A distant cousin told me around 1550 our Ward line had moved from Scotland to Ireland.
