Cindy, I am in search of information about Sarah Ward Alvey. Originally from Maryland. Lived in Ohio and Indiana. She was married to Charles Alvey and had a daughter Florence Emma Alvey in 1860. She died 18 months later and Charles died in the Civil War in 1864. Florence was raised by her Grandparents The Wards. I have no names and only know they lived in College Corner, Ohio. I know Sarah was from Maryland because she and Charles were both from there and married in Ohio. Then moved to Elwood, Indiana.
