Hi, Ward Family. I have been away for awhile and thought it time to repost my WARD family information. Which I am sad to say is very limited. James WARD b. 1842 IRL married Mary DURKIN b. 1852 NY. Children: Thomas Stephen WARD b. 1869 IL Ida M. WARD b. 1873 IL Lillian E. WARD b. 1876 IL Mary WARD b. 1887 IL James WARD b. 1885 IL Edmond T. WARD b. 1889 IL The Ward family lived in Will County, Illinois in the 1880s-90s (Braidwood). Later James and Mary moved to Oak Park, Cook County where James WARD Sr died prior to 1900. The three daughters never married and remained living with their mother. Son Thomas S. WARD (1869-1901) married in 1895 Irwin, Kankakee County, to Nora Gertrude O'Connor.
