Hi Barbara--I really don't know if Conrad Ward is related to the William I am looking for. I haven't been able fiond out who his parents were. I do know his son, Walter Conrad was born in Grayson County, VA. Maybe Conrad WAS William's father. What information do you have for Conrad? Grace Alma ard, Walter Conrad's sister, was born in Surry County, NC, but there is a 21 year difference in their ages. I don't know if there were other children in between. Karen

Linda: I would very much like for you to look up my family member, John W. Ward. He was a member of the 45th Alabama Infantry, and was a POW of the Civil War. He was born in 1825 in N.C. or S.C. I am trying to find his parents and/or siblings. Some of the names in his family are: James H. Ward, William Perry Ward, John Leandrew Ward, Mary Frances Ward, Daniel O.
