Hello Cousins, Brothers,Sisters,Kids and all, Well, I have been at it again ! I just uploaded SIX NEW Pages to the My Ward website. Our database is getting huge, it takes a full 35 minutes just to upload the information.(Thats Great) All the info you have sent me is and has been posted to the website,I'm not thriugh yet, theres still more to come on line.Plus I will link the site to all the County/State sites on rootsweb for the surnames in our family,so that other family members who we haven't found yet can contact us.Once that is linked we should get emails from those that we are looking for and very possibly they will have some bits of info we have not found. It Is hard for me to tell if everything is working properly on the site,My ftp program reads so much info that it is easy to miss little problems that are easy to fix,so if you find something thats not working ,links that don't work ,please let me know. I also had a webmaster check the site a few weeks ago and he recomended that I resize my pages to 800X600 pixels, I made that change also this time so let me know if you have problems with the page size or scroll bars ect. I program the site with 3.2 and4.0 formats so that anyone can view the site! correctly. Thanks a super lot for the help and assistance you have shown me,as this site would not be possible without you and your hard work,Thanks. Hello from Australia - searching for information about my ancestor ALWIN or ALBIN WARD. I have him on the 1881 census as ALBIN WARD but have "lost" the family after that. I notice that the 1901 census lists an ALWIN WARD born in Wellesbourne around the same time and wonder if the 1881 spelling was incorrect. My Albin/Alwin was born on January 23 at Wellesbourne to Sarah Ward and a Major Bates. Please email me direct to thehewitts@cqnet.com.au if you have any information which may help Many Thanks from Carolyn Neville & Carolyn Hewitt E-mail thehewitts@cqnet.com.au

Hello, Chris, I seriously doubt this will help you...my mother Betty Jean was born in Rochester, NY in 1921, to Ottie Raymond Ward, son of David Ward and Lucinda Parks. This David Ward (b. 16 Mar 1847 in Belmont Co., Ohio) was a son of Isaac (b. 23 Sept 1823) and Charlotte Ward. I've only replied because of the Rochester, NY reference. My grandfather, Ottie Raymond Ward was a trolley car conducter there at one time.

Does anyone have information on a William Ward, born in 1743, who might have migrated from South Carolina to Southwestern Virginia about 1770? He migrated to Ohio in 1803 where he later died and is buried in Pickaway County, OH. John Ward
John- I don't have any info on your William Ward, b.1743, but I'm interested in anything that you may have. I have been searching for any info on George S. Ward, b. 1778 VA (according to census records). He had 2 sons that I know of, James and William H., both born in Mercer Co, KY. George dropped out of the sky and landed in Jessamine Co, KY in 1800. He died in Mercer Co between 1850-1860. Good luck! Anne
Gigi, did you see a male Ward marry a Darlisea, D E A, Dolly or a close proximate?? I have heard that my Robert Jones Ward's daughter Darlisea E. A., was named for his mother. 1880 census says that his parents were from SC. Thanks, Inga PS I tried twice to send this to your address and it was returned both times
Hi Inga, The only women these Wards married are: Ann Brown Sarah McCall Elizabeth Smith Sorry!!! You know I have about decided that my John was born in Georgia instead of Sc. We think he was born in SC because of census records and his sons Bible. He might have even been born in NC. I know you have been hunting yours a long time too. Maybe one us these days we will get lucky. I think you have to reply through the message board on all their e-mails.
