    1. Anna Fay Ward Frederick
    2. Terrie and Thad Lepkowski
    3. My cousin and I are looking for his brothers wife Anna Fay Ward Frederick. Her husband Henry (Junior) Frederick died several years ago and my cousin lost track of their children. We are working on our family tree and can't seem to locate the children of the couple. Anna Fay Ward Frederick was born in Crestview, Florida around 1932. She had three children two boys and one girl Marilyn. Marilyn's married name is Adams and she has a son by the name of Waymon or Waymond Adams. She came from a large family in Crestview, Florida which I believe is Okaloosa County. We are hoping that perhaps some of the Ward family may be researching and have the needed information that will help us locate our missing family members. Thanks for any help or direction, Terrie

    3. Hope that you have already had an answer, it appears that the PRO did not anticipate the popularity of the 1901 census. Well all I can say is they obviously walk around with their heads in the sand. We are expecting (so the newspapers etc say) for the service to be back on by Monday at the latest. You can if you didn't already know keep up with the info on the following site www.pro.gov.uk/ Good luck Debbie -----Original Message----- From: Neville & Carolyn Hewitt [mailto:thehewitts@cqnet.com.au] Sent: 09 January 2002 11:42 To: WARD-L@rootsweb.com Subject: 1901 census Is there anyone on the list who has access to the 1901 census who could help me with the following Albin and Louisa WARD and their children Albert Edward, William Henry and Louisa all listed in the 1881 census at 7 House 32 Court Park Lane, Aston, Warwick Aaron WARD listed in 1881 at Owen Street, Railway Terrace, Atherstone (Policeman) David WARD listed in 1881 at Warwick Union Workhouse, The Packmores (Porter) Many thanks - hope you can help - Cheers from Carolyn Neville & Carolyn Hewitt E-mail thehewitts@cqnet.com.au Neville & Carolyn Hewitt E-mail thehewitts@cqnet.com.au

    1. Addendum - Andrew Warde and His Descendants
    2. Christopher Hartman
    3. May I place an addendum on my description: There is much inserted ephemera and correspondence from Cottrell to various family members. 1/10/02 To: The Ward Family Membership From: Christopher Hartman - Rare Genealogies Good afternoon. Please excuse the unsolicited posting, but I thought since this is really an exceptional copy of a very scarce book, I would bring it to the attention of the Ward family membership: WARD, GEORGE KEMP. Andrew Warde and his descendants, 1597-1910 : being a compilation of facts relating to one of the oldest New England families and embracing many families of other names, descended from a worthy ancestor even unto the tenth and eleventh generations. N.Y., DeLaMare Printing Co., 1911. Thick 8vo. Pp. 604. Fifty-five pages of full-page plates, including coat of arms, portraits, &c. Full dark green cloth, spine printed in gilt. Only the most superficial wear to extremities, otherwise a very nice copy of the revised, best edition of 1911. The copy of Eber Ward Cottrell (b.1841) - and signed by him on front free endpaper. Cottrell was a Detroit business executive and land commissioner; member State Legislature, 2 terms, 1879 and 1881, during which time he introduced the bill providing for Grand Boulevard that encircles Detroit and secured its passage; appointed by President Grant receiver of public moneys at Detroit Exposition, 1888; appointed land commissioner for the Detroit, Mackinaw & Marquette R. R. Co., 1889. $200.00 This is an exceedingly scarce book in its original printing (the first I've seen in over ten years), & I must offer it subject to previous sale. Delivery is complimentary. Please advise if of interest. 2. We are searching for a John Ward from where we don't know, but we know that they were in Tippecanoe Indiana, where my Ggrandfather, Thomas Ward was born about 1826 to 1838. John Ward would be about in his 20's at that time.We do not know Thomas's mother's name it does not mention it on Thomas's death certificate. These Ward's were Irish. Thankyou Judy Ward Donley

    1. Search for Robert Ward ca. 1650-1709
    2. We'd like to learn more about Robert Ward, a colonist in Anne Arundel County, MD, about 1677, who was married to Susanna Robinett about 1680. Their surviving children were John Ward, Robert Ward, Jr., Elizabeth Ward, Allen Ward, and possibly William Ward. In correspondence with our family historian about 25 years ago, John William Ward of Lothian, MD, indicated that he was a descendant of the colonist and that Robert and Susanna were Quakers. Can anyone shed some light on these colonists and the sources of information about them? Thanks for your valuable time RJ

Have a picture which is to believe to be his sister named?Lydia posing in San Francisco California. Hope to make a connection somewhere.Any help is appreciated. Sincerly,Judy
