Please do not waist any more of my time spamming all of us with these messages. Lets get back to the purpose of the mailing list. Do your bickering privately! If you don't know the difference between sending a message to the list and sending one privately then you should not use the list period unless you are willing to learn and actually do learn! I've had 30 something messages today that are nothing but junk that should not be on this list. If this keeps up then the only choice I have is to unsubscribe from the list! Please stop it! ______________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: Re: world archive is not shutdown Author: <WRIGHT-L@rootsweb.com> at XINTERNET Date: 7/21/97 11:14 AM Katherine G. That was my point yesterday when I said that you could tell by the "discussion" who had spent thousands of hours in the library digging out the information and sharing it with others - - versus - - those who prowl the net wanting to be spoon fed by a one stop shop and/or steal the work of others. The GREENSKEEPER and others post inforamtion given to them by permission - - and there is never a doubt on that website as to who furnished or researched the information. Perhaps Matt should use that as an example. His "ethics" were well established when he repeatedly refused to answer e-mail asking him to give credit. The material that Matt "stole" is available to all on the net as that is how he got it - - by leaving it on the home pages of the author - - we will at least know who to thank when we discover a nugget of information.
