Jane ?? unknown, Reed in Civil War 7) Isabella WALLACE b. ca. 1849 In the book by Marie McCONNELL of Lakeland, Florida, pub. 1974?, entitled "Our Wallaces and Crawfords", she includes Jesse WALLACE, b. ca. 1802, as "perhaps" the son of James WALLACE II, b. 1774, Ireland and his wife Agnes Ann DeYARMOND, b. 1774 in France, a Huguenot; James married 2nd Mrs. Mary LOGAN. All 3 buried in Veasey Cemetery, Hopewell Twp., Beaver Co. Other children of James and Agnes Ann are: Elizabeth (Betsy) WALLACE m. Joseph McCONNELL Joseph WALLACE m. Rachel SPENCE James WALLACE III m. Cynthia McCONNELL Anyone connected to either of these families? Is Jesse a part of James and Agnes Ann's group? Only took me 15 years to prove that Mary's parents were really Jesse and Jane Wallace, I'd suspected it from the census but couldn't prove it til I found Mary on the death register in VA. Can anyone help me shorten the time to prove the next generation? Best of luck to you all, Marigay Marigay Holloway Woodbridge, VA email: mhol@loc.gov
