The Newbie list is for asking any and ALL types of questions on genealogy and computers. Even if you know your computer, the genealogy part is quite interesting. They will deal with beginners right up to the pros........ I have been researching some 40 years, yet they brought up new places to search that was NOT our regular places..... LDS, Ancestry, Olive Tree, etc. They were very helpful to me just a couple years ago when I was subscribe for short while. Might give them a try ?
