To all who answered my query, I thank you and I will try to encapsulate an answer to all in one E-mail. I'm afraid we-ll have to go back to Ireland or Scotland to find any Wallaces related to our line as my father was the only surviving son of Patrick Wallace who was born in Ireland and had no brothers or sisters as far as I know. With all the Wallaces there are now in the U.S. I'm sure the lines merge back there somewhere. Someone a few weeks back suggested the DNA route and I'm sure that's the way to go.
