I wonder if anyone has come across the following family from South Shields, Durham, England. Agnes Brand McLackland born 29.3.1866, died 1897 married Thomas Wallace born 1864. Date of marriage Jan 1884. Thomas was a Blacksmith in 1884 and a shipyard labourer in 1889. Thomas' father was also Thomas Wallace, a shipwright. Agnes Brand and Thomas had two children Helen (Ellen) McGregor Wallace born 2.10.1889 and Thomas Wallace, born 1891. These two children were orphaned and brought up partly by their McLackland grandparents. If anyone has any information, I would love to hear from them. Kirstie
