The 1900 Scott Co., MS census has two Wallaces born in MS with parents born in AL. They are Ed O. Wallace b. 1868 and Linzey Wallace b. 1869. Ed married Emma Rose Rushing and Linzey married Vester Miles. Another Wallace listed in the same census is Lucinda Wallace as head of household with son, Lemuel Harris, daughter Lona Wallace, son Percy Wallace and Lucinda's mother, Mary Latham. I'm assuming Lucinda Latham married a Harris and then a Wallace. The parents of Ed and Linzey are unknown--does anyone have an Alabama Wallace who would be the right age to be the father of children born in 1868 and 1869.
