I've been trying to find the parents of Jesse Wallace. He was born in 1826, in Georgia. Jesse married Catharine Wilkins in 1845, Chambers County, Alabama. The marriage bonds were signed by a William Wallace. Jesse and Catharine were on the 1850 census in Randolph County, Alabama. Catharine was the daughter of James Wilkins of Hancock County, Georgia. Jesse either died or fell off the edge of the earth between 1850 and 1852. Anyone have any connection to my Jesse?
