In a message dated 97-07-18 08:44:25 EDT, you write: << or the Church of Latter Day Saints Family History Library via the web, please let me know. Also, is there a way to access the U.S. Census Bureau via the web. >> To my knowledge the Familiy History Library is not available on the web. There is a census Bureau site, but it only tells you how to go about ordering info from the 1900 and more current censuses. They will only send you info about yourself or about an ancestor that is deceased. I believe the search is about $40 and you will only receive info on that person, not their family. If you are interested in this site I will try to locate it again.
Peter Wallace Jr and Martha Woods had sons Adam, Andrew, Malcolm and James Hugh. Does anyone have the marriages and children of these four? Thank you, Jo (Wallace) Hubbard jhubb22@aol.com
I am seeking information on my grandfather (George MacGregor Wallace, born March 7,1874) and his brother (David Gardner Wallace, born Oct 15, 1872). Both were Presbyterian. They lived in the U. S. in Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. They had at least one sister, who lived in Canada. In addition, if anyone knows how to research, or access the Scottish Church Records via the web, or to contact the General Register Office for Scotland in Edinburgh, Scotland, via the web, or the Church of Latter Day Saints Family History Library via the web, please let me know. Also, is there a way to access the U.S. Census Bureau via the web. Thanks for any help. Dave Wallace

I am trying desperately to find any information on Nancy Jane Wallace who was born in 1758. The only other information I have on her is that she married Felix Gilbert. I know very little about where either of them came from except that Felix was probably born in North Carolina and that he traveled with his half-brother, John to Anderson County, TN and then later to Clay County, KY. We don't know where Felix and Nancy Jane were married except it is believed that the were already married when they came to Clay County, KY where they spent the rest of their lives. Thank you for any help. Teresa (Swank) Kidd
