In the book "Memories from Family Albums, Mossyrock School Dist." is the following: The Elias and Hettie Schwartz family came to Wa from Lancaster, Ill. They first moved to Tacoma, and a short time later to Verndale, which is now Glenoma, Wa in early 1900's. They had two sons, Howard and Allen. They later moved to a farm at Nesika. Howard married Estella Hipp and Allen married Maude Riffe. They all lived in Lewis Co most of their lives. Elias Schwartz family: Elias Schwartz m. Hettie Hazel m. Wood Mildred m. Powell Allen m. Maude Riffe Glenn m. Betty Harper Garnet m. Joe Davis Lenard single Hettie m. Bodenhamer My neice Judy married Rock Schwartz who is a son of Glenn and Betty.
