Lewis County, Washington researchers. I'm looking for any ancestral information or connection to John and Mary Moore who arrived in Oregon territory late in the 1840's and soon thereafter settled in what is now Lewis County, Washington. I believe that John was born in Pennsylvania, circa 1813, the son of Robert Moore and Marie Fulmer. The 1860 and the 1870 US Census of Lewis County, lists the children of John and Mary Moore as: (1)Charles, (2)Mary Elizabeth who married Sidney Smith Ford, (3)Richard, (4)William J., (5)James O., (6)Robert and (7)Perry.
