My mom is sending me the book "No Where to Look but Up" (in reference to the heavy timber of Lewis Co.) by Lavonne Woods Sparkman. There are 3 of these books and they are about the early settlers of Morton and Mineral. I'm sure they can be obtained in a local bookstore.
