There is also a call for Volunteers to help at the SW Wash. Fair on Aug. 17-22nd. If you would like to be involved or fill a position please contact John Planinshek, who is subscribed to this list and will get your messages. ! John Blair/Listowner "LCGS OFFICERS QUIT Your present 1999 officers of the Lewis County Genealogical Society are TIRED. The majority of the officers will not be accepting any positions in the year 2000. You may have noticed in the last several years that it's always the same members, who at the last minute, give in. We would hate for our genealogy society to collapse for lack of participation. Our society is very important to us and we will be willing to hlep out on any committees or projects. LCGS has approximately 80 members. Please be thinking about what position would interest you. The elections for year 2000 will be our NOvember meeting. A volunteer is needed to be the Nominations Chairman.
